Ofishane stands out with its proximity to TEM, E-5 and the Dolmabahçe-Bomonti Tunnel, its location near all of the central areas on the European side, and its ease of access to rail transport. The project boasts a total rentable area of 33,000 square meters, with 21,000 square meters devoted to offices and 12,000 square meters set aside for retail areas, including Bauhaus.
All of the offices included in the project also come equipped with gardens on each level where employees can take a breath during breaks and enjoy more productivity throughout their day. Ofishane also has an indoor parking garage with a 300-vehicle capacity dedicated only to offices. The project meets all of the needs of office users with its technical infrastructure and professional building management services.
